All services must be paid in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed. ​Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. ​Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created remains our property until full payment is received.

Once paid, ownership transfers to you, but we reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA agreement is in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.
